FEED THE HUNGRY
A year ago, I became gravely ill and could barely eat and digest any food because of severe pain. The doctors gave the grim diagnosis, and as my body rapidly deteriorated, I cried to God! Abba Father, please show me what to eat! Yes, God heard and answered my prayers. Healing was ushered into my body! Soon though, hunger began to overwhelm my body, unbearably. One night while the pangs of hunger engulfed me, I cried out to the LORD, “Why is this happening to me?” Abba Father replied, these hunger pains are for those who are hungry and have no food to eat!” The hunger pains intensified no matter how much food I ate, it was not until I began encountering people who were hungry and asking for food that I felt the urgency to cook meals and go forth to feed the hungry!
